The Huron and Area Search and Rescue has been selected as the cause of choice by the Brussels Optimist Club from their Spring Dinner and Auction taking place next month.
The club says, the work HASAR does continues to be well recognized including most recently during the December winter storm.
While the dinner and auction is still a month away, the club says they’ve already had to make up a wait list for tickets.
Those who want to support the club with a donation for either the silent or live auction are being encouraged to contact the Optimist Club.
