South Bruce OPP have laid charges against a 24 year old man following a home invasion in Kincardine.
Police responded a home invasion report on Princes Street on November 28th at around 5:45am with the suspect having already fled once police arrived.
OPP were able to later locate the man and after a struggle with police was taken into custody.
The West Perth man has been charged with two counts of assault with a weapon, break and enter, theft under $5000 and two counts of assaulting a peace officer.
The accused has been held in custody.
