Home sales dropped across the region last month with a minor jump in new listings.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors says the number of homes sold last month totaled 163 units, a massive drop of 14.2 per cent from the same time last year.
On a year to date basis, sales reached 813 units in the first six months of the year, only a small drop of 1.2 per cent from 2023.
The benchmark price of a home in June was $579,400 with the average price of a home going for $638,166, a drop of 6.9 per cent from June 2023.
The number of new listings was only up 0.4 per cent with 273 new listings for June.
