Much like the summer weather, home sales in Grey Bruce appeared to have cooled down in the fall.
According to the Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound, a total of 301 units were sold in the month of October, down 21 percent from October of 2020.
They say home sales were 3.5 percent below the five-year average, and 6.2 percent above the ten-year average for October.
There was also a drop in the number of new listings with 291 homes being listed, down 21 percent from October of 2020.
It was also the lowest number of homes listed in the month of October in 15 years.
