Home Sales in the Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound Region saw a strong rebound last month jumping 69.7% versus in July of last year.
In the data released by the Realtor Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound it shows there were 241 sales in the month with 412 new listing.
The average price of a home sold in July was just over $605,000.
The total value of all homes sold in the month was nearly $146 million dollars.
This is a jump of 60.4% from year ago values. So far year-to-date the area has seen 1,550 sales, with a total value of nearly $989 million dollars.
The average days on market for local listings is sitting at 31 days.
This follows the year-to-date median at 32 days on market.
