The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors have wrapped up 2024’s housing numbers.
A total of 93 units were sold last month, a gain of 6.9 per cent from the same time last year.
This brings the total of number of houses sold across the region in 2024 to 1938, up 6.4 per cent from 2023.
The benchmark price of a home was listed at $588,700 with the average price sold in December being $634,782, up 8.6 per cent.
The number of new listings was done with 117 last month, a drop of 16.4 per cent from the same time last year.
