It was a slight increase in home sales according to the Grey-Bruce-Owen Sound Realtors Association with 152 units sold, a jump of 16 per cent from the same time last year.
Year to date home sales remain a slight rise with 2282 sold over the first 11 months, a rise of 0.9 per cent from 2022.
The average price of a home sold last month was $656,825, leaping 8.5 per cent from the same time last year but the year to date average has shown a drop of 8.2 per cent, keeping at $638,675 over the first 11 months of the year.
There was 317 new listings for November.
