Homes sold across the region are staying above $600,000 according to numbers from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
Home sales for November reached 151 units, a jump of 3.9 per cent from the same time last year.
On a year to date basis, home sales totaled 1749 units in the first 11 months, up by 8.8 per cent from November 2023.
The benchmark price of a home across the region was $579,700 with the average price going for $616,544, an increase of 7.9 per cent.
There was 230 new listings for November.
