Housing across Huron-Perth saw another drop in sales and pricing.
The Huron-Perth Association of Realtors says 135 homes were sold last month, this is a drop of 4.9 per cent from the same time last year while also falling 24.2 per cent the five year average for October.
The benchmark price of a home in October was set at $559,300 unchanged on a year over year basis with the average price selling for $591,084.
This is a significant drop from September of this year where the average price across the region was $635,215.
There was 261 new listings last month.
