The Howick Firefighters Association is holding their firefighters breakfast in just a few weeks.
For the first time since the pandemic, the breakfast will be held in a sit down format for all to enjoy.
Proceeds are all going back to the fire department as they look towards equipment upgrades and replacements.
Matt Brodhaecker says it will be great to have a different style besides just drive thru.
“Ever since COVID we’ve been doing it as a drive thru style. We came to the decision at our last meeting that we’re going to be doing a sit down style.” said Brodhaecker.
A drive thru style is still available for those who wish to grab and go.
The breakfast will be held Sunday Oct. 2 from 8a.m. to 1 p.m. at the fire hall in Gorrie with meals by donation.
