The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance is hosting two upcoming virtual amalgamation info sessions next week on the recent decision to amalgamate the four corporations that make up HPHA.
This would see the Clinton Public Hospital, St. Marys Memorial Hospital, Seaforth Community Hospital and Stratford General Hospital operate as an integrated organization.
The sessions are Monday, October 23rd at noon and Wednesday, October 26th at 7pm.
The Alliance has been existence for twenty years and the move is as a result of a review of the alliance agreement.
The move aligns them with the new Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act in Ontario.
