Huron Perth Public Health will be closing its Wingham site as of January 1st.
In a release, public health says this closure will affect sexual health services and immunizations in Wingham.
This comes following Novembers announcement of a budget shortfall for public health leading to a restructure and a 10 per cent reduction in staff including public health nurses, dietitian, program manager and more.
With the closure of the Wingham site, only Clinton will act as a hub in Huron County. Listowel and Stratford offices will remain in their spots.
