Hub in Ripley offering Youth Entrepreneurship Program on Running Clothing Store

Bruce County Economic Development shared word of an upcoming youth entrepreneur workshop running for those 14 years and older.

The Hub in Ripley is offering a group of youth a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about business ownership and opening & operating a retail clothing store.

The Sprout sessions will educate you on what you need to know about marketing, merchandising, budgeting and more and then a chance to put the new skills to the test by opening a retail store in a prime downtown location.

The requirements are that you must be 14 years of age or older, have a commitment to participate and be motivated to learn and be a self-started.

Huron-Kinloss residents may be eligible to receive $200 from their Early Investment in Education & Skills Funding Program.
