Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson shared photos recently of Premier Doug Ford’s visit to Gay Lea Foods’ Teeswater Facility last Thursday.
MPP Thompson accompanied Ford on his tour of the local facility of the company that produces butter, milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, dips, fine cheeses and more.
The milk cooperative, processing plant has been in business since 1922 and MP Thompson says the powerhouse is now maximizing production and looking to grow.
Premier Ford was in the area Thursday for a PC Party event at the Post & Beam and the Grand Opening of the new Markdale Hospital in Grey Highlands.
