The County of Huron is conducting a homeless enumeration project.
Starting next Monday the 29th and running to Friday December 3rd, staff will be collecting information that will be used to update the current By-Name list.
In a news release, the County is performing the enumeration to ensure staff along with partner agencies that their information is detailed and accurate.
The enumeration project is a point-in-time count of the number of people experiencing homelessness in a community that is taken every two years.
The County wants to see whether the number of homeless people has changed since the last survey was taken.
They say all information collected during the project will remain confidential.
