The Huron County OPP have charged a Huron East driver after a theft complaint was reported on Sunday, September 24th.
Officers were dispatched to an address on Moncrieff Road in Huron East at around 10 pm that night.
Once there officers observed a car parked on the lawn of the home and spoke to the driver who displayed signs of drug impairment.
They were arrested a 38-year-old female faces charges of operation while impaired.
The involved vehicle was towed and impounded for 7 days, with the accused driver’s license suspended for 90 days.
They were later released from custody with a November 6th date in a Goderich court.
