Huron Heritage Fund accepting Applications for Preservation of Assets & Supporting Activities

The County will contribute up to 50 percent of the cost of a project up to a maximum of $5,000 based on applications received.

The Huron Heritage Fund is now accepting applications for funding for individuals and organizations to encourage the preservation of heritage assets and support activities or heritage importance to the County and its residents.

Many initiatives have been supported by the fund in the past include restoration of the Seaforth Post Office, Postcards from Huron County Podcast, St. Joseph’s Kingsbridge Community Centre and multiple historical publications.

The County will contribute up to 50 percent of the cost of a project up to a maximum of $5,000 based on applications received.
