The Huron County OPP have charged a 42-year-old after an incident of mischief at a Goderich bank in January.
Officers were contacted by bank staff on January 31st to report someone had damaged the bank ATM area the previous day.
The suspect was identified by police but could not be located at that time.
On Saturday officers located the suspet and made an arrest.
The male of no-fixed address faces charges of mischief under $5,000, mischief damaging property as well as failing to comply with a probation order.
The accused was processed and held in custody for a bail hearing at a Goderich court.
