The Huron Respite Network is hosting a Caregiver Connection event on Tuesday, October 10th from 6:30 to 8 pm.
The event happening at the Huron Community Health Team Office at 32B Centennial Drive in Seaforth is meant for parents or caregivers raising children with disabilities, autism, or mental health concerns.
The theme for the event is Harvest and activities will include gratitude jars, mindfulness, and connection with others. Registration is required to attend the event.
