The Huron Shores Hospice is holding a series of Care Map Workshops next month.
Taking place in Kincardine, Lucknow and Port Elgin, the workshops allow participants to create a personalized care map to grow support and connections in your life.
The care map helps captures the entirety of your support system.
The first session will be held in Lucknow at the town hall on April 8th running from 1:30-3:30pm.
Port Elgin’s event on April 9th at the Library runs from 1:30-3:30.
The Kincardine session will be held at the library on April 11th running from 1:30-3:30pm.
