Saugeen Shores Police stopped an impaired driver after an incident over the weekend.
On July 5th while on general patrol, officers noticed a vehicle not stopping for a red light leading to a traffic stop.
Police determined signs of impaired and demanded a roadside breath sample which registered a fail.
The driver was arrested and brought in for further tests.
As a result, a 24 year old woman of Saugeen Shores has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Failure to Stop at a Red Light and Failure to Surrender Drivers License.
The accused has had their license suspended and vehicle impounded.
