An impaired driver who resisted arrest is facing charges in Morris-Turnberry.
On August 16th just before 9pm, Huron County OPP was requested by Huron County Paramedics on Glennanon Road to an unresponsive driver on the side of the road.
Police spoke with the driver and it was determined they had been drinking.
The driver was checked by paramedics and as he was getting arrested resisted police.
The accused was controlled and safely secured in a police vehicle.
As a result a 37 year old man of Grey Highlands has been charged with Operation While Impaired and Resisting a Peace officer.
The accused will appear in Goderich court next month.
