A 42 year old is facing charges who was caught impaired after a call from an incident in Wingham.
On October 25th, just after 8pm OPP responded to a complaint on Josephine Street when the spoke to a driver who had been drinking prior to driving.
The driver was taken in for tests it was found he was over the legal limit.
The 42 year old Kincardine has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Criminal Harassment and Common Nuisance Endanger Life.
The accused will appear in court next month.
