Police charged a 35-year-old Kincardine resident on Monday following an Intimate Partner violence investigation.
As a result of the investigation the person also faces charged of assault with a weapon in addition to spousal assault.
The accused will be appearing before an Ontario court to answer to the charges. Police advise that victims of sexual assault & intimate partner violence are not alone.
