Jersey Day, honouring Doug Kennedy on Wednesday turned into an amazing success.
Throughout Wednesday, the community was encouraged to wear jerseys for the day to remember Kennedy who passes away earlier this month.
The Kincardine Legion held a Jersey Day meal deal to support the Kincardine Hospital Foundation. The community came out in support with 211 meals being served and $2228 being raised.
The Kincardine Legion has sent their thanks to the community to help honour Kennedy.
