It’s time for another year for the Kadylack Sunflower Walk in Atwood and this is lined up to be one of the biggest years for unique things to do at the farm.

Every year Dianne De Jong and Steve Terpstra open up their farm for 2 weeks and allow visitors to walk in the sunflowers, take pictures and take in the views all while raising funds to support mental health.

Last year thousands was raised in support for CMHA Huron-Perth, Wellspring Stratford and the Tanner Steffler Foundation.

Dianne De Jong says without the community, they wouldn’t be able to rally this level of support.

“It’s because of the community and because of the people who enjoy the sunflower field that we get to donate on their behalf” said De Jong.

The Kadylack Sunflower Walk is on now, running for the next few weeks.

Costs remain the same with $10 per person or $40 a car load with children 5 and under getting in for free.
