Kincardine approves By-Law Amendment for Residential Subdivision in Tiverton

The Municipality of Kincardine approved at their August 8th Council Meeting a zoning by-law amendment for the development proposal for a new 130-unit residential unit subdivision in Tiverton.

The development, known a the Kraemer Subdivision is set to be on a 10.77 hectare property on the northwest side of Tiverton.

The proposed sub-division includes lots for 3 single detached, 22 semi-detached and 85 townhouse dwelling units.

It will also include a stormwater management pond and 2 open spaces.

The property prior to the zoning change held the zoning of Planned Development & Environmental Protection.

The plan of sub-division now moves to Bruce County Council for consideration.
