Kincardine & District Lions Club hold First Year End BBQ since onset of the Pandemic

Event on Saturday, June 11th saw numerous awards handed out to deserving members from throughout the Community.

The Kincardine and District Lions Club held their first year end BBQ since the onset of the pandemic and numerous awards were handed out to deserving members.

These included the Melvin Jones Fellowship Award from Lions Club International to John McManus, the award of which is one of the highest a Lion can earn for their dedication to the organization.

The Helen Keller Fellowship Award went to Past President Lee Fuller for his unwavering support of the community and Lions causes.

Lion President Paul Thompson presented Lion John Mc Manus with a Melvin Jones Fellowship Award from Lions Clubs International. This is one of the highest award a Lion can earn for their dedication to Lions.

Lion President Paul Thompson presented Lion Immediate Past President Lee Fuller with a Helen Keller Fellowship from the Lions Homes for the Deaf for his unwavering support of the  community and Lions causes.

Lion President Paul Thompson presented Lions Steve Whitaker and Andrew Watson with Life Memberships in the Lions Foundation of Canada who train and provide Guide Dogs at no cost to the recipient.

Lion Immediate Past President Lee Fuller presents Lion President Paul Thompson with a Lions Presidents award for his unwavering  dedication during his term.
