The Kincardine Family Health Team is holding Strategic Planning Patient Feedback Sessions on Friday, September 15th.
The two sessions from 2 to 4:30pm or 5:30 to 8 pm will offer any patients of the clinic a chance to offer feedback about experiences at the Kincardine Family Health Team.
You can be a client who receives care from any member of their Allied Health Team including Dietician, Kinesiologist, Nurse Practitioner, Occupational Therapist, RN or Social Worker or a partner provider.
The sessions will be in the New Miller Insurance Room at the Davidson Centre.
You will be able to share your thoughts & experiences, brainstorm ideas, and vote on priorities.
