A Kincardine man is $100,000 richer after hearing his Encore numbers called last month.
Local Kirk Rutledge matched six of seven Encore numbers in the exact order in the June 14 draw, to win his $100,000 prize.
Rutledge, a 65-year-old father of three and grandfather of one says his first big lottery win felt unreal. He plans to pay some bills with his winnings.
Rutledge purchased his winning ticket at the Canco on Bluewater Highway in Grand Bend.
