A Kincardine resident is facing charges after South Bruce OPP were called about a break and enter in progress in Ripley.
Officers went to a Park Street property last Wednesday morning around 8:53.
They were able to locate the suspect and made an arrest without incident.
The 29-year-old was charged with mischief and later released.
The accused will appear in a Walkerton court at a future date.
