A Kincardine resident is the first winner of the Kincardine and Community Health Care Foundation 50-50 lottery.

Christa Nesbitt (in photo) won $1,670 in the November 17th draw.

Tickets are now available for the next draw on December 15th.

You can purchase 50-50 tickets and check out the current jackpot by going to the Kincardine Foundation 50-50 website.

Foundation coordinator Diane Baldwin says the goal is to raise $3.5 Million to purchase much needed medical equipment like ultrasound machines, scopes, monitors, and others that are not covered by the government.
