Kincardine Rider set to compete at American Quarter Horse Youth World Cup in Texas

The Canadian Quarter Horse Association, the Canadian affiliate of the American Quarter Horse Association, announced the ten youth set to represent Canada this summer at the American Quarter Horse Youth World Cup in Texas from June 29th to July 8th.

The team includes 18-year-old Taylor Carney from Kincardine.

In the competition, each country rides for gold medals in the events of cutting, reining, horsemanship, ranch riding, trail, hunt seat equitation, hunter under saddle and showmanship.

The international event is hosted every 2 years by a different country and involves teams representing 16 nations.
