Kincardine’s FoodCycler Pilot Project registration closes next Friday

Registration closes next Friday, March 31st for the Municipality of Kincardine’s participation in the FoodCycler Pilot Program.

The in-home food waste diversion pilot project is being done in collaboration with Food Cycle Science and is making available FoodCycler units at a subsidized cost for up to 180 households.

Users will take their use once per week for a period of 12 weeks and then answer a brief exit survey.

The cost of the units are $150 for the 2L capacity machine and $300 for the 5L capacity machine for large households.
