Kristen’s Pharmacy in Southampton has partnered with the United Way Grey Bruce to accept donations of feminine hygienic products for #TamponTuesday.
Customers can tap to donate or come by the Pharmacy to drop off their donation or purchase a product to fill the box.
According to a local survey in 2021 there are 1 in 2 people who experience it in Grey Bruce.
It found 52% struggled to access products and nearly ¾ missed work or school due to menstruation.
Kristen’s Pharmacy & the United Way Grey Bruce are asking residents to make the difference.
