Lake Huron Coastal Centre holding Biennial Conference May 5th in Grand Bend

This year’s theme is “Opposite Shores.. Shared Values” and the event at the Oakwood Resort will include a keynote speaker, panel of experts and concurrent sessions speakers from along the shoreline.

The Lake Huron Coastal Centre is set to host its Biennial Conference on May 5th in Grand Bend.

For 25 years they have hosted the event entitled “Is the Coast Clear?” to bring environmental professionals, indigenous communities, government officials, and members of the public together to learn about Lake Huron’s coastal sustainability challenges and solutions.

This year’s theme is “Opposite Shores.. Shared Values” and it will include a keynote speaker, panel of experts and concurrent sessions speakers from along the shoreline.

The event at Oakwood Resort in Grand Bend is their largest fundraising event.
