There soon could be a name attached to the Lamont Sports Park.
The fundraising committee recently announced that their Illuminating Dreams Campaign has resulted in a major donation. It will result in the Park having a major sponsor for the next 20 years.
Co-chair Mike Myatt says the name of the donor will be unveiled this Wednesday morning at 10 inside the Saugeen Shores Council Chambers.
Myatt adds it will be a significant boost to their Campaign and further donation announcements will be made in the near future.
Co-chair Rob Stanley says this will be a positive step towards reaching their $1 Million goal.
He says once the park is complete it will be one of the most modern outdoor recreation facilities in the region.
