Lighthouse Blues Festival announced “Bywater Call” for Main Stage as well as change to Saturday Street Festival

Due to expected closure of Queen Street with construction this summer the Saturday Street Festival will be moving to a “Saturday Shuffle” at 6 stages around town.

The Lighthouse Blues Festival announced today that Maple Blues Award nominated Bywater Call is set to grace the Bruce Telecom Main Stage at the Festival on Friday, July 14th.

The 7-piece Southern Soul, Roots Rock Band hails from Toronto.

They were formed in 2017 and just released their sophomore album “Remain” in September.

“We introduced them to the area last year. They are more of an emerging artist in 2022 but have really taken off things by storm.”

Also announced is that due to the expected closure of Queen Street with construction this summer the Saturday Street Festival will be moving to a “Saturday Shuffle” at 6 stages around town; the Bruce, Harbour Street stage, at Bar Down, the Legion, Dunsmore Park Pavilion and Walker House.

Tickets are expected to go on-sale in March.
