Local RONA stores donating money raised to charities

A pair of non-profit organizations are receiving funding from local RONA stores.

Lowe’s Canada announcing that RONA Kincardine are donating $6,152 to the Huron Shores Hospice.

The RONA in Goderich is donating $6,082 to the All Points-Festival Realty, Brokerage Charitable Fund.

This is part of the retailer’s Heroes campaign where stores raise funds for local non-profits or schools.

Lowe’s Canada matches donations by 50 percent up to $2,000.

This year, Lowe’s corporate stores have raised $1.5 Million that will be distributed to 235 partner organizations across Canada.
