The Municipality of Bluewater is holding a public meeting next month to get final feedback on their draft short-term rental by-law.
The hybrid meeting will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 6 p.m. in council chambers, but residents may also attend virtually.
The draft by-law would require short-term rentals in the area to be licensed by the municipality, and would also include items like a maximum occupancy limit and require property owners to live no more than 30 minutes from the property they rent.
Council will be sharing the results from the survey of residents, the public, and short-term rental users over the past few months.
The meeting will be livestreamed on Youtube as well.
