Motorcycle Driver Charged for Fleeing from Police

A 33 year old has been charged while trying to flee from police.

On April 9th at around 10pm a South Bruce OPP officer was on patrol on 1st Ave South in Chesley and stopped to check a motorcycle who tried to flee from police.

OPP was able to later locate the suspect vehicle and identify the driver who was arrested.

The 33 year old man from Huron-Kinloss has been charged with Operation While Prohibited and Flight from a Peace Officer.

The accused will appear in Walkerton court on May 15th.
