The South Bruce OPP have charged a driver from Nepean Township after a single vehicle crash along Highway 9 in Kincardine last Tuesday afternoon.
Officers and Bruce County EMS responded just after 2pm to find the vehicle had rolled over before coming to rest off the roadway.
The driver was taken to local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The 61-year-old faces charges of careless driving.
