New nursing technology has been implemented at the Bruce County Gateway Haven Long Term Care Home in Wiarton.
Gateway showcased the new tech to warden Chris Peabody who visited the home on November 8th.
VitalLink is among the tech which works with the homes electronic health record systems.
VitalLink automates the vital sign monitoring process using bluetooth enabled devices to record vital sign measurements and sync into the electronic health record.
The new technology was funded by the Ministry of Long Term Care Medication Safety Technology program.
