Ontario Power Generation has announced Ken Hartwick has chosen to retire at the end of the year as President and CEO after nine years with the company.
Nicolle Butcher has been named as the next President and CEO who will assume the role as of January 1st.
Butcher will be overseeing one of North Americas largest and most diverse electricity generating fleets.
Chairperson Wendy Kei says Ken’s contributions to the company, the province and global energy sector will benefit many generations to come.
