Homes sales in our region have remained steady.
According to the Realtors Association of Grey Bruce Owen Sound, 258 units were sold in November of 2021.
That is the same number sold in November of 2020 which set a record for that month.
They say home sales were 8.7 percent above the five-year average and 19.2 percent above the 10-year average for the month of November.
In addition, home sales totaled a record 3,348 units over the first 11 months of the year, which is up 5.5 percent from the same period in 2020.
The average price of homes sold in November 2021 was $656,605, an increase of 18.9% from November 2020.
