North Huron is again discussing the Howson Dam after several community members turned to council saying they believed information provided before the decision to demolish the dam was a poor turn.
A letter about the topic was pulled in a recent meeting to discuss which had made a request to have a fundraising team be made to save the dam but action has not been taken to raise money after council made the decision to demolish the dam.
While council did accept the letter for information purposes, they did not formally reopen the discussion at this time.
Studies are still ongoing at the dam which council says the will provide this information publicly.
