A 36 year old is facing multiple charges after assaulting officers in Goderich.
On August 18th just before 3pm, police were called about a disturbance on Balvina Drive.
Police arrived and found on person was being confrontational with police and uttered threats.
During the arrest the suspect resisted and assaulted the officers but was eventually taken into custody.
As a result a 36 year old has been charged with 3 counts of Assaulting a Peace Officer, Obstructing an Officer, Mischief Under $5000 and three counts of Uttering Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm.
The accused will appear in court next month.
