OLG makes 1st Quarter Payments to Hanover & Central Huron for hosting Casinos

The payments were just over $266,000 to Hanover and just over $146,000 to Clinton for  a portion of gaming revenue from April 1st to June 30th, 2023.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation made its first quarter payments to both the Town of Hanover and the Municipality of Central Huron recently for hosting both Playtime Casino Hanover and Gateway Casino Clinton.

The payments were just over $266,000 to Hanover and just over $146,000 to Clinton for  a portion of gaming revenue from April 1st to June 30th, 2023.

Since the gaming sites opened in both areas they have seen total payments of over $21 million and $13 million to the two communities.

Across Ontario total revenues distributed to host communities of casinos have topped over $2 billion dollars.
