Huron County OPP are investigating a serious collision which occurred on Tuesday.
The crash happened in Exeter at the intersection of Thames Road East and Sunshine Line between a tractor with two manure wagons and an SUV.
One driver has been airlifted to hospital in London with serious injuries.
The road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
Police add the injuries sustained are not life threatening.
