The Grey Bruce OPP have charged two men following a dispute last Saturday afternoon in Grey Highlands.
Officers responded to the area of John Street around 2:09 pm.
Once on scene they discovered the two had engaged in a dispute with the victim, during which time a motor vehicle collision occurred.
They have charged a 36-year-old and 25-year-old both of Grey Highlands.
They were both charged with dangerous operation & uttering threats.
The 36-year-old was also charged with failing to comply with an undertaking and mischief.
They have both been released and are set to appear at a Owen Sound court at a later date.
